Recipe: Cornish Gin Thyme Cocktail

A stunning recipe for one of the best cocktails we have ever tasted. Best enjoyed on the Terrace at the Idle Rocks.

Cornish Gin Thyme cocktail recipe

Ingredients:
50ml Tarquins Cornish Gin
25ml Homemade Thyme Syrup
20ml Lemon Juice
1 bottle of Fever Tree Tonic

Method:
Fill a large red wine glass with ice. Add all ingredients and stir gently.

Garnish:
Sprig of thyme, slice of orange, add straw and stirrer to serve.
