Don't miss the ever-popular bread baking course this month at Philleigh Way Cookery School! On this creative one day course. Philleigh Way will be hosting the accomplished chef Keith Terry, a cooking extraordinaire and Cornishman through & through. He will be giving a masterclass on bread & baking, taking you through enriched dough’s, techniques and tips.

You’ll receive instruction and tuition on how to make four distinctive types of breads from ciabatta to a white country loaf.

What makes this workshop special is that it gives us the opportunity to share with you some of the secrets and experiences that make Keith such a great chef.
