The New All Day Menu at The Greenbank
This week The Greenbank Hotel have launched their new menu in the Water’s Edge. And it’s already proving to be a bit of a hit! Find out what you can expect…
Order what you want, when you want, wherever you want. Served both in the restaurant and bar, food will be available from midday until late. So whether you’re tucking into Cornish crab cakes, spending a lazy lunch grazing over our sharing plates, or savouring a sweet sticky pudding – The Greenbank Hotel have got something on the menu for you.
Dishes include slow cooks with griddled flatbreads, char-grills and vegan options – as well as our new favourite small plates like the crispy pork belly with rice noodles or the vodka cured mackerel with pickled beets.Expect mains of monkfish curry with cheek samosa and crab samphire bhaji, shellfish lasagne with pan fried brill, or seared lamb striploin with lamb croquette and port jus, to name but a few.
And puddings really are the cherry on top. The menu introduces a chocolate cremeux with poached pear, an apple pavé with blackcurrant sorbet and hazelnut crumble, and of course their famous torched pineapple with lemongrass, coconut shards and passion fruit.
