The hand-crimped pasties, made to Strawbridge family recipes were winners in this year’s British Pie and Taste of the West Awards.

‘’Posh’, has nautical origins from Victorian times’ says Emma ‘‘Port-Out-Starboard-Home’ was stamped on tickets on ocean going voyages as an indication of a sunny cabin.  We are proud to be in a fantastic harbour town, and love sunshine of course – perfect!’

Pasties from the Posh Pasty Co offer something a little bit different – each comes in its own recycled box with a pot of condiment specifically matched to enhance the pasty. The Posh Pasty Co. trademark golden pastry is achieved using organic flour and Cornish butter.

James Strawbridge and the Posh Pasty Co will be at Picnic Cornwall in Falmouth this Friday 15th August between 11am and 2pm to give customers, passers-by and hungry sailors the chance to try their award winning Classic Cornish and Triple Cheese pasties.
