The Roundhouse was originally constructed by a local vicar, deliberately choosing a round shape to his rooms, so that the devil had no corners in which to hide! Located in the centre of the hamlet, right opposite the Cookery School and country pub, both offering many delicious treats. The property offers plenty of space for relaxing in rural Cornwall, yet is only 10-15 minutes from many local villages and places of interest. The prize is for two adults, the property offers parking for one car, is dog friendly (additional costs apply see website for details) and offers free WiFi.

Intermediate Bread making course. On this creative full day course, Cornish chef George Pascoe will guide you through a journey of breads from around the globe which will provide you with the skills and inspiration to wow your friends and family at home. You will bake a range of delicious and technically challenging breads all of which you will be able to take away at the end of the day, these will include the classic French croissant, the New York bagel, the slightly sweet French brioche and pide, a Middle Eastern flatbread. The course will also provide you with numerous insights and tips on how to get the best results when baking more challenging recipes at home. Please note, this course is also suitable for complete beginners in bread making.
