Picnic Cornwall get Falmouth Breakfasting
19 January 2015
Picnic Cornwall are this week celebrating National Breakfast Week by joining in the 'Shake Up your Wake Up' campaign.
'The nation loves breakfast' says Emma Douglas, owner of Picnic Cornwall 'yet worryingly a quarter of people are skipping it at least once a week and more than one in ten skip it altogether.'
With a growing trend to eat breakfast out of the home Picnic Cornwall are taking the opportunity to promote the Cornwall Food and Drink 'Choose Cornish' campaign and show off their range of 100% Cornish breakfast options which customers can eat in or take out if they are in a hurry on their way to work.
'As well as our regular breakfast menu which includes artisan pastries, free range bacon and eggs, porridge and granola etc, we have put our heads together to come up with some delicious specials for the week – one of our favourites being Egg Pots which are just great on the move!’
‘The most important factor for choosing a breakfast food is taste’ says Emma ‘and we have that down to a tee (or coffee!)’.
If you would like to get involved during Breakfast Week and use social media, use the hashtag #BreakfastWeek.
Picnic Cornwall are open 7 days a week from 8.30am and are found at 14 Church Street in Falmouth. They can also be found online at picniccornwall.co.uk.
