Woodfired Sessions return to Philleigh Way

Philleigh Way's hugely popular Woodfired Sessions will be resuming in May with tickets now available to purchase via the website. Think the finest locally sourced meat, fish and shellfish gently cooked in front of diners over a huge oak fired Parrilla and in Philleigh Way's own huge oak fired wood oven. bit.ly/1AtIWrY

BBQ like a pro at Philleigh Way

In conjunction with Weber Grills, Philleigh Way Cookery School is offering you the change to learn how to BBQ like a pro through a series of new BBQ courses. Aimed at complete BBQ novices or those wanting to improve their skills, this new range of courses kicks off in April with the Webber Essentials course. bit.ly/1KK6zkH

Classic Cakes at Philleigh Way

Philleigh Way's popular Classic Cakes course returns in April giving students the opportunity to learn all the classics including the tricky Victoria sandwich, carrot cake, everyone's favourite a rich chocolate cake and more. Say Cheese!

Philleigh Way's new cheesemaking course commences in April with guest tutor Susan Collier of Colliers Cornish Cheeses guiding students through the fascinating process of creating both hard and soft cheeses. Students will get hands-on pressing their own hard cheeses as well as making and flavouring their own Philleigh Whey ricotta and soft cheese all of which they will be able to take home at the end of the day. Resident chef George Pascoe will also be on hand to demonstrate a dish utilising one of the cheeses made during the day. bit.ly/1Nb6swn
