Argentinian Asado at Philleigh Way
The first of Philleigh Way's new Argentinian Asado courses takes place in May. Taking inspiration from interest generated during Philleigh Way's hugely popular Woodfired Sessions, the Argentinian Asado course will teach students all they need to know about cooking the Argentinian Asado way. Students will be guided through all aspects of cooking over fire including fire building, temperature control and will learn about the best cuts of meat to use. Students will get hands on learning how to grill with flame and heat on a Parrilla, using a horno de barro (wood oven) and slow grilling whole lamb or sides of beef using an Asador Criolla spit. bit.ly/1Npfa7w
Dinner Party Cookery at Philleigh Way
There is more to hosting your own dinner party than meets the eye. If you're a seasoned host or a relative dinner party novice you'll be aware of the trap of spending all evening slaving over a hot stove and barely engaging with your guests at all. The Philleigh Way dinner party course is designed to teach you a selection of stunning dinner party dishes where the bulk of the cooking is done in advance allowing you the time to enjoy the evening with your guests. bit.ly/1zeDUyI
