Foraging at Philleigh Way
Why not get out into the wild this autumn on a foraging course at Philleigh Way. Court Farm, home to Philleigh Way, offers a mixture of open pasture, ancient oak woodland and river estuary making it the perfect location to forage for edible plants and wild food. The course is fun and highly informative and is run by the hugely knowledgeable Matt Vernon of Cornish Wild Food. After the morning foraging session, you will be welcomed back to the Philleigh Way cookery school kitchen to dine on a three course menu inspired by wild and foraged food. Our head chef George Pascoe will also be on hand to discuss cookery tips and do a couple of wild food demonstrations.

Woodfired Sessions
Philleigh Way's popular Woodfired Sessions come to an end this month but there's still time to go along and enjoy either a 'Pysk' (fish) or 'Best' (beast) feast night. With food cooked in front of diners on Philleigh Way's huge Parrilla, in the wood oven and over the fire pit, these nights are a real spectacle and a great opportunity to get together with friends and family to enjoy some fantastic food.
