The 2 AA Rosette award-winning Water's Edge Restaurant offers truly Modern British cuisine – fusing styles, techniques and flavours to shape an irresistible menu.
Open every day to non-residents with daily changing chef recommendations and a traditional roast on Sundays for all the family. Lunch is £16 for two courses and £20 for three courses, every day of the week.
From the freshest seafood and fish landed in Cornwall, to succulent local meats and luscious seasonal vegetables and fruits grown and reared on our doorstep. From artisan breads and cheeses, to foraged foods plucked from Cornish hedgerows. Head Chef Nick Hodges and his kitchen team brings local produce to life, with imagination and spirit.
The restaurants knowledgeable waiting staff are always on hand to guide you through the day's specials and desserts, while a carefully selected wine list will tempt you with perfectly matched bottles to compliment the menu.
Offering a variety of menus from Brunch, Bar & All Day, Lunch, Sunday Lunch, Afternoon Tea, Dinner and Cocktail, the Water's Edge can suit all taste buds and occasions.
For Brunch, the Eggs Royale and American pancakes are a particular favourite, and partnered with a fresh coffee provides the perfect start to a day out on the Fal River.
For Lunch the Monkfish Fillet or Thai Hot and Sour Seafood are the perfect dishes to enjoy a chilled glass of Pinot Grigio with.
For Dinner, make it extra special with a bottle of Prosecco and enjoy fresh Oysters to start, Pork Tenderloin for main and a Pimms O'Clock Panna Cotta for dessert.
The Greenbank Hotel are soon to be launching a local's loyalty card. All you need to do is sign up via email@example.com, you will then be sent a free card which you can use to accrue points to be spent in the restaurant.
