Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to your duties of maintaining the safety of our passengers at all times
• Check vessel before and after service to ensure cleanliness, preparedness and compliance to safety regulations
• Take a proactive role in the boats husbandry and ensuring it is kept to a high standard
• Know all on board safety procedures
• Remain calm and offer assistance to passengers in the event of an emergency
• Adhere to established regulations and procedures
• Process ticket sales, cash & card payments using a handheld device
• Promote all services within the Fal River brand and be a friendly face for all passengers to approach

Desirable experience and qualifications but not essential as training can be given

• Experience as a crew member on board a commercial vessel
• Experience in a customer facing role and delivering first class customer service
• First Aid at sea or equivalent
• Cash & Card handling
