Virginia Ironside, journalist, author and agony aunt, presents ‘Growing Old Disgracefully.’

‘When an agony aunt reaches 60 years, she can lie like a trooper, jump off a bridge – or take to the stage.’ So says Virginia Ironside.

Virginia has written several books including ‘Yes! I Can Manage Thank You!’, ‘No, Thanks! I’m Quite Happy Standing!’ and ‘No! I Don’t Need Reading Glasses!’, all of which describe her attitude towards growing old.

Miss Ironside believes the happiest times of her life have been since turning 60. Hear how she has done it with ‘Growing Old Disgracefully.’
