New to geocaching? Geocaching is a real-world, outdoor treasure hunting game using GPS-enabled devices.

You need to create an account on www.geocaching.com, and then you can search using map or keyword. Once you find a geocache, log your findings in the log book in the cache and on the website. The geocaching website has tutorials and information for new users.
