This special evening will celebrate produce and recipes from some of the UK's finest regions, as we welcome chefs from highly acclaimed Michelin starred restaurants across the UK.
Gareth Ward of Ynyshir in Wales, Mark Poynton of Alimentum in Cambridge and James Knappett from Bubbledogs and Kitchen Table in London, will join forces with The Idle Rocks head chef Guy Owen and his team for one special night.
Guests will enjoy an eight course-tasting menu, with each chef presenting two dishes throughout the evening. All courses will incorporate the very best of local and seasonal ingredients, with each chef showcasing their culinary excellence from their region.
