Oyster Tasting Menu at The Water’s Edge to launch this year’s Falmouth Oyster Festival.
Tuck into five delicious courses that celebrate the oyster traditions in Cornwall, by bringing the very best local ingredients from our kitchen team and combining live theatre cooking with traditional kitchen techniques. Head Chef Bobby will be chatting informally throughout the evening, and will demonstrate how to shuck!
Expect Falmouth native oysters on arrival served with Champagne, then tuck into a seafood chowder, cannon of beef sirloin, baked chocolate stout cake and so much more.
