The Alverton Speakeasy Murder

9 March

The Alverton Speakeasy is the talk of Truro, amongst those in the know. The drinks flow, the food is to die for, and the music and dancing go on into the small hours. But there's trouble heading its way. Join us on Saturday 9 March for food, fun, cocktails ... and murder.

It's 1925 and Sammy and Scarlett Montanna have escaped prohibition America to set-up a new life in sunny Cornwall. They opened their own secret speakeasy right in the heart of the county, where the drinks flow under the radar of the authorities and great times are had.

Are you a gangster, gambler or a flapper? All are welcome at The Alverton Speakeasy, though weapons must be left at the door or the resident bouncer Willie won't grant admission.

Ronnie Tyler, infamous London gangster, has been sniffing around – what happens if he turns up on Saturday 9 March? There might be trouble as he's got something suspicious up his sleeve.

Join Sammy, Scarlett and host Violet at The Alverton Speakeasy for food, fun, music, cocktails ... and murder.
