Enjoy a patisserie masterclass with Darryl Collins, Great British Bake off – Professionals finalist.
During this course Darryl will teach basics and fundamentals of patisserie. Looking at the most refined element of the culinary disciplines. You will be making choux pastry and how to execute the skill to precision, as well as the most sumptuous fillings.
Later in the day Darryl will move onto the macaron where you’ll get a full understanding of how to create the perfect macaron, light and very moreish! Where you will create plenty to take them home, but most importantly learn how recreate them for your friends and family.

The Day: It’s a day for the taste buds with many hands on demonstrations, tasting, creating colourful chocolate Bon bons and macarons. All equipment is provided for you along with tea and coffee and a delicious Philleigh Way lunch.
