The simplest pleasure.. making bread! At Philleigh we can show you how easy & versatile it is.

From the gorgeous farmhouse loaf to enriched doughs. We look at variations of dough and bread that can enhance any meal, big or small.

Rupert and guest chefs will take you through the whole process and how the chemistry works in bread making. As well as a few culinary side dishes to prepare alongside your breads. The day is fun, informative and most of all you’ll go home with plenty of spoils from the days baking.
