Why not contact us to arrange a group booking for our Cornwall in a Day course. On this Cornwall inspired course Rupert will take students through an exciting cookery experience of all things truly Cornish.
Having fell in love with the county and its food, from dressing a crab to making the quintessential Cornish pasty (Cornish family recipe). After completing the Cornwall in a Day course students will be truly equipped to recreate some “proper” Cornish delicacies for friends and family in their own home.

Welcome: Meet your tutor and see for yourself the Philleigh Way farmhouse cookery school and garden. Enjoy a morning tea or coffee and tasty Philleigh Way treat.
The Day: The course includes five demonstrations and three practical sessions. All equipment, aprons, food and drink is provided including a glass of Prosecco mid-morning and wine with lunch. Students also enjoy a classic Cornish afternoon tea with jam, scones and home made clotted cream and a cup of Cornish tea.
Close: Have a chat with fellow course attendees and members of the Philleigh Way team before heading home with a bag full of Cornish delicacies prepared by you during the day. This is a guide to the days activities and may vary depending on the season as well as the group’s interest.
