Discover India a day, the chance to get hands on cookery lessons for adults and young budding cooks who would like to learn more about different spices to produce tasty authentic Indian food.
Experience a cookery course to give you confidence to cook Indian food in your own home, teaching students how to prepare delicious curries and other traditional Indian dishes from scratch helping you use spices with confidence. Learn about the different regions and how the geography plays such an important part in how Indian food is cooked.

Welcome: Meet your tutor and see for yourself the Philleigh Way farmhouse cookery school and garden. Enjoy a morning tea, coffee or chai and Indian sweets.
The Day: It’s an action packed day with demonstrations and four practical sessions. All equipment is provided for you along with tea, coffee, a glass of prosecco/cider mid-morning and wine with lunch.
