Before the countdown and fireworks commence, we’ve got an evening of fine dining, fabulous cocktails, and top tunes from the years gone-by, to celebrate another trip around the sun, with tickets at £99 per person.

Our magnificent Great Hall always looks its best when dressed in twinkling lights and Christmas trees. A setting worthy of a special occasion, be greeted with arrival drinks on their own show-stopping tower, before taking your seats at shared tables, to a six-course menu. Each dish will be inspired by the greatest culinary hits of 2025, invented by our talented Head Chef Ollie and Executive Chef Nick. There will also be a cheese station to graze on throughout the evening.
Once the plates have been cleared, the dance floor is open for business. Party the night away with our house DJ taking care of the anthems, whilst our bartenders keep the drinks flowing into the early hours. We guarantee you’ll experience a truly unforgettable New Year’s Eve in Cornwall.
