St. Anthony Head Nature Walk with David Hall
27 April
A Roseland Festival 2026 Event
Join Roseland nature expert David Hall of Wild Roseland for a relaxed, fascinating guided walk around St. Anthony’s Head, one of the most dramatic and wildlife-rich corners of the peninsula.
This National Trust headland sits at the tip of the Roseland, with huge open views across the Fal Estuary and the surrounding coastline. It’s also packed with stories, from coastal defence history to the working lighthouse that has guided ships into Falmouth’s harbour for generations.
As you walk, David will help you spot and understand the wildlife that makes this place so special. Depending on the day, you could see seabirds, birds of prey, grey seals and more.
This walk is perfect for anyone curious about the natural world, from keen birders to families and casual walkers, with plenty of time for questions, binocular pauses, and a good dose of Roseland knowledge.
