New Boat Service Launches to Cornwall's Iconic Pandora Inn
9 July
Sail in style to one of Cornwall's most famous waterside pubs
A new boat service has launched offering visitors the chance to arrive at the legendary Pandora Inn in true Cornish style - by water! The service provides two daily sailings designed to showcase the stunning approach to this iconic 13th-century thatched pub.
The lunchtime sailing takes guests to the Pandora Inn for lunch, allowing them to enjoy traditional pub fare while taking in the breathtaking waterside setting. The afternoon sailing offers a more relaxed experience, perfect for drinks and light refreshments as the day winds down.
Located on the banks of Restronguet Creek near Falmouth, the Pandora Inn has long been a must-visit destination for locals and visitors alike. However, limited parking has often meant visitors faced lengthy waits or missed out entirely on experiencing this Cornish gem.
Arriving at the Pandora Inn by boat is how it was meant to be experienced, and the new service not only solves the parking problem but creates a memorable journey that becomes part of the whole experience. There's something magical about approaching this historic pub from the water.
The first boat trip takes place on Monday, 21st July with sailings from the Prince of Wales Pier in Falmouth at 11:45 and 13:30, or St Mawes at 11:15. The scenic route takes approximately 45 minutes each way and offers passengers stunning views of the Cornish coastline and the chance to spot local wildlife along the way.
