Kundalini Yoga Workshop
28 April
Experience your own magic at The Museum of Folklore & Magic.
An evening workshop designed to give you a felt experience of how Kundalini Yoga can support you by bringing more presence, vitality and resilience to your endeavours.
During this 2-hour class you will be guided through simple breathwork, energising postures, mantra and meditation to connect to your body and develop greater self-awareness.
The ancient technology of Kundalini yoga was brought to the west by Yogi Bhajan in the 1960s to support us as we move through these peculiar and challenging times. Staying grounded and managing our energy is especially important as regular distractions and daily stressors show up in the outer world. Known as the yoga of awareness, practitioners often experience a heightened sense of vitality and a more regulated nervous system that enables them to stay calm and live life from a more conscious and purposeful place.
