It’s the 1950s, and a glamorous party is being thrown by a renowned film director, who is about to reveal the casting line-up for his eagerly awaited re-make of the classic 1945 film Brief Encounter. But behind the sparkle of champagne and the shimmer of Hollywood dreams, tensions are simmering…

As the evening unfolds, jealousy, ambition, and corruption mingle with the cocktails. Famous stars, fading celebrities, and ambitious newcomers all compete for the coveted roles. Rivalries flare, reputations are threatened, and secrets long buried come to light. Could this high-stakes mix of personalities and intrigue lead to murder?
