At Philleigh Way Cookery School | A new and exciting opportunity at Philleigh Way to learn some very basic, but extremely adaptable recipes that will WOW your family and friends.
Baking does not have to be feared. With the simple but foul proof bakes that you will make, it is quick to see how your repertoire will develop.
Marie, a completely self taught baker who started with ‘the odd cup cake’ and am producing the most amazing four tiered Wedding cakes, fantastic, eye catching, decorated Birthday cakes, Cup Cakes sensations, Cookies, Tray bakes and so much more!
Marie is not only passionate about Baking, but Cooking in general. So much so that she appeared with her Husband on a recent series of ‘Couples Come Dine With Me’… Which we won!
This course is perfect opportunity to get in the kitchen with your children as well! (without the tidying up!)
Baking is simple when you know how…With every bake come a little more confidence. The sky’s the limit.

Welcome: Meet Marie and see for yourself the Philleigh Way farmhouse cookery school and garden. Enjoy a morning tea or coffee and tasty Philleigh Way treat.
The Day: The course includes Four demonstrations and Three practical sessions. All equipment, aprons, food and drink is supplied with a afternoon tea to round off the day.
Close: Have a chat with fellow course attendees and members of the Philleigh Way team. This is a guide to the days activities and may vary depending on the season as well as the group’s interest.
