Come to Philleigh Way for a festive workshop of Christmas wreath making, mulled wine and mince pies whilst learning all the skills required to make and design your very own Christmas wreath to take home and enjoy. Refreshments & take away Christmas pasty are included in the price together with all the equipment, materials and tuition.

Course details

Welcome: Meet your host and tutor and enjoy a morning tea or coffee.

The Afternoon: Louise will demonstrate preparing your wreath base, selecting and arranging materials from a wide variety of seasonal, twigs, foliage, herbs, berries and flowers.  From hedgerow bounties to gems you may well have growing in your own garden, to unusual additions, such as cotton, beads, dried spices, robins and miniature reindeer for a unique and fun take on the Christmas wreath!

You’ll then put what you’ve learned into practise by creating your very own Christmas wreath while enjoying a warming glass of Philleigh Way mulled wine and a mince pie.

Close: Have a chat with fellow course attendees and members of the Philleigh Way team, before heading home to show off your creation. This is a guide to the day’s activities and is by no means set in stone and will vary depending on the season as well as the group’s interest. Of course you couldn’t miss out on some food at Philleigh Way, so you can leave with wreath in one hand and a delightful Christmas pasty in the other!
