You certainly don’t have to have huge amounts of yoga experience, with yoga you simply enjoy what you can do & not worry about what you can’t!
The wonderful Kayleigh who owns & runs Anella Yoga. Will lead the day, starting with a traditional Vinyasa session, which will certainly work up an appetite for a lunchtime session. When you will be able to get hands on helping and learning how to prepare a healthy, nutritious vegetarian 2 course lunch.
Then a talk & discussion around implementing yoga into your lifestyle. Followed by a Yin/Meditation session helping you relax and finish the day with zero stress!

Welcome: Meet your tutor and see for yourself the Philleigh Way farmhouse cookery school and garden. Enjoy a morning tea, coffee, green tea or traditional Indian Tea. Healthy snacks.
The Day: Begin the day working through a Vinyasa session, where Kayleigh will take you through an 90 minute class, then back into the kitchen for chat and drinks break. Followed by an hands on cooking workshop, preparing lunch and then sitting down together to enjoy your hard work. After lunch another opportunity to discuss with Kayleigh and fellow course mates about yoga. Then to round up the day a relaxing Yin session to complete your Yoga experience.
Close: Have a chat with fellow course attendees and members of the Philleigh Way team. This is a guide to the days activities and may vary depending on the season as well as the group’s interest.
