Bobby's Taste of Cornwall at The Greenbank
The Greenbank’s head chef Bobby Southworth will be hosting the second event of a series of new foodie evenings at the Water’s Edge restaurant that provides guests with a true taste of the Cornish coast.
At this ‘Taste of Cornwall’ evening guests can expect to indulge in a six-course tasting menu, that has heavy influences of traditional Cornish recipes with a modern Greenbank twist.
They’ll have the opportunity to savour the flavours of local land and sea, with canapes of seared scallops and pork belly, and dishes of local cauliflower and truffle veloute, Tarquin’s gin cured Cornish mackerel and Nanteague Farm beef fillet. Then they’ll finish on a sweet note with black forest, cherry brandy brownie and cremeaux.
Guests can also expect to hear from head chef Bobby as he discusses the flavours behind each course for a truly gastronomic evening.
Head to the Water’s Edge on Thursday 27th January at 7pm to savour a truly unique dining experience that will have you lapping at the shoreline.
