Pasties and Cream with Philleigh Way

The humble but mighty pasty, you cannot come to Cornwall without eating and experiencing a pasty.
Wednesday December 13th 2:30 pm – 5:00 pm
The course kicks off with a proper pasty making demonstration that covers the history and culture of the Cornish pasty.
You will then have a go at making your own pasty (meat or vegetarian) with hands on guidance from our tutors – especially during the all important crimping stage!
Whilst the pasties are in the oven, you will enjoy a demonstration of homemade scones.
Then sit down to enjoy a classic Cornish cream tea before heading home with your freshly baked pasties.
