Arrive at your leisure from 3pm to a warm welcome of a classic Cornish cream tea in front of the crackling fire before taking your seat to enjoy a three-course dinner in the restaurant.

31^st December

On New Year’s Eve, start with a traditional Cornish breakfast and enjoy an afternoon winter walk along the coast and around the Roseland Peninsula before freshening up ahead of the main evening celebrations. The night of celebrations will begin with a pre-dinner Cornish Sparkling Wine reception, complete with delicious canapés. Guests will be seated at the banquet table for an exceptional New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner, created by Head Chef, Matt Haggath accompanied by specially selected wines. Live music will bring the New Year in with a bang before the celebrations continue into the early hours.

1^st January

We like it easy and relaxed; wake up on New Year’s Day to the sound of the sea, before enjoying a sumptuous New Year’s Day brunch with a Bloody Mary (or two) to settle a sore head. Settle down and spend the rest of your day getting cosy in The Hidden Cinema with an afternoon full of movie screenings. In the evening, it’s seafood supper time – with an indulgent offering of freshly caught Cornish fish & shellfish.

2^nd January

Breakfast at your leisure.

Supper at St Mawes Hotel.

3^rd January

Awake to a hearty Cornish breakfast before it’s time to check out, to say a fond farewell and hello to the New Year ahead.
