Beautiful Trebah Gardens. Here we'll walk down through the gardens and swim from their private beach. Trebah have a beach and main cafe, for post-swim lunch/refreshments. You're then welcome to spend the rest of the day exploring the gardens or relaxing on their private beach.

All of the swims offer circular routes (starting and finishing in the same place) and flexible distances. We have a number of people on water safety, allowing us to split into sub-groups and offer various distance routes...ranging from 200m - 1.2km. Head up breaststroke all the way through to front crawl is absolutely fine. We'd suggest leaving valuables in your cars. We can take car keys, in secure dry bags.

*Whilst the Helford is well sheltered, there is a small chance the conditions will force us to change location. In the event of extreme conditions, a refund will be issued (minus a small admin fee). In the event of a change of location (to the north side of the Helford), a partial refund will be issued to cover the cost of entry at Trebah (as this will no longer be required).
