31st December: New Year’s Eve Celebrations

Finish off the year with an indulgent seven course tasting menu created by Head Chef, Bobby Southworth, showcasing the best ingredients from Cornish land and sea. Enjoy a glass of fizz, all whilst listening to the beautiful melodies of Blue Ray Band.
Dazzle in your ritzy attire and relax into 2026 with fabulous food and drink. As the countdown approaches, dance the night away upstairs in The Riverbank with our resident DJ.

For some footloose fun, strap your dancing shoes on and head to The Riverbank’s house party! Enjoy a fizz on arrival and a delicious three course menu, then toast to the new year, with our bar serving tipples all evening. Boogie the night away and request your favourite songs of the year from our resident DJ before the big countdown!
