Head to The Greenbank in Falmouth for Mother’s Day indulgence

Indulge in a special three-course lunch menu in the Water’s Edge restaurant, including a glass of fizz for mums. Our three course lunch menu is £45 per person, served 12.30pm until 4pm.

Starters 

Sweet potato and coconut soup, vegetable crisps vg 

Smoked mackerel and crab tian, pickled cucumber, wasabi cream cheese, seaweed cracker 

Chicken and apricot terrine, soaked golden raisins, curried cauliflower, chive oil 

Beetroot carpaccio, whipped “feta”, candied pecans, balsamic glaze vg 

Mains 

14hr slow cooked beef blade, seared fillet, horseradish pomme purée, glazed carrot, parsnip, pan gravy 

Fish and chips, prime white fish fillet, minted peas, triple cooked chips, tartare sauce, lemon 

Sun blushed tomato and olive polenta cake, smoked aubergine puree, chargrilled courgettes vg 

Roasted cod loin, lemon crushed potatoes, asparagus spears, Camel Valley beurre blanc 

Rolled pork belly, sage and apricot stuffing, caramelised apple, creamed potato, glazed carrot, pan gravy 

Desserts 

Dark chocolate nut brownie, chocolate set custard, chocolate glaze, iced latte ice cream, chocolate sauce v 

Rhubarb and custard; poached rhubarb, honeycomb, rhubarb gel v
