Kate Passmore is a walk leader and nature wellness specialist who guides people through the Cornish countryside.  She will connect you to nature and help you tap into the environment.

The nature wellness and wildlife walk is created and guided by Kate.  Explore new trails & habitats, listen to local stories and discover a new insight into nature.  The pace is steady to encourage mindfulness in nature and there are plenty of beauty, wildlife and snack stops.
