Rose Osborn

Rose Osborn is a British artist who paints primarily in oils, exploring the delicate balance between realism and abstraction. Having visited St Mawes since childhood,  she captures the ever-changing light, tides, and landscapes of the Roseland Peninsula. Her work is characterised by expressive brushwork, bold tonal contrasts, and vibrant colour harmonies, with bursts of orange and red set against the soft greys, greens, and blues of the sea and sky.

Suzanne Davies

Suzanne Davies is a semi-abstract artist living on the North Coast of Cornwall. Suzanne works in oils, and her practice starts with small story-board sketches influenced by everyday life. Suzanne's career in advertising is reflected in the manner in which she creates her work with composition and palette before setting up the still life, just as a food stylist, photographer, producer, or client would arrange a shoot. Suzanne’s inspiration comes from simple objects, the shape, colours, textures and marks revealing their past and present that tell their story, especially those with a haptic quality.
