Falmouth is Cornwall's most exciting and creative town, and the Book Festival is right at the heart of it.

​Now in its fifth year, the Festival brings together brilliant writers, curious readers, and a spirit of conversation and community. It's a celebration of books and the ideas that shape them.

​This year the Festival is proud to be partnering with the Falmouth Oyster Festival (October 9-12) on a series of food events.

 Alongside the other great Falmouth festivals the Book Festival is building something special here. ​​

This year's line-up features, amongst others, Alexander McCall Smith, Prue Leith, Irvine Welsh, Tim Key, Miranda Sawyer and Pam Ayres.
