Ingredients

• 150 ml Tregothnan Loose Leaf Peppermint Tea (Buy Here)

• 50 ml Tregothnan Loose Leaf Green Tea (Buy Here)

• 1tsp Sugar

• 50ml Apple Juice

• Slice of Cucumber

• 4 – 6 Mint Leaves

• Sugar Snaps

• Pea Shoots & Peas

• Slice of  Lime

Method

1. Brew the  Tregothnan Peppermint Tea and Tregothnan Green Tea as per the instructions on the box. OR brew cold by adding the recommended amount of cold water and infuse overnight in the fridge.

2. Add sugar then whisk or blend some of the teas until the sugar has dissolved. Once it has dissolved add the rest of the tea.

3. Add the apple juice.

4. Add a handful of peas to your drink for extra flavour

5. Garnish with a ribbon of cucumber, pea shoots and sugar snaps

6. Serve with plenty of crushed ice
