Hotel Meudon - King's Coronation Afternoon Tea & Stithians brass band

Saturday, 6 May

Hotel Meudon is celebrating the Coronation of King Charles III with a garden party in the stunning, subtropical grounds and will be joined by the wonderful Stithians brass band!

The band will perform at 2pm and Afternoon Tea will be served from 2.30pm. Join them for an afternoon tea fit for a king!

Not only will the Coronation be celebrated on the 6th of May, but Hotel Meudon will be extending the festivities for the whole month of May!

From Saturday 6th to Sunday 28th May they will offer a very special Coronation Afternoon Tea for £25 per person, from 2.30pm – 4.30pm Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sundays only.

The Idle Rocks King Charles III's Coronation Celebratory Luncheon 

Sunday, 7 May 

Join the Idle Rocks on their terrace to celebrate with an unforgettable terrace party and lunch celebration, and riase a glass to King Charles against the beautiful backdrop of the harbour views and souldful sounds of the adternoon's resident DJ Tom Shanks.

Welcome drinks and canapes will be served on arrival, then sit down at the banquet table to enjoy a 4 course lunch.

TRELISSICK

Coronation Celebration at Trelissick

6 - 8 May

Celebrate the Coronation on the terrace at Trelissick.

Take part in some traditional garden games, soak in the river views from a deckchair, enjoy and ice cream and make your own coronation crown in the house.

The event is free, but normal admission charges apply for the venue and booking is not needed.

The Nare Hotel

The Nare is celebrating the Coronation of His Majesty The King in Nare fashion with a schedule of country house events, appropriately marking the national occasion from here on the south Cornish coast. Over the course of the Coronation weekend, one can expect the following:

A Champagne toast, a delightful afternoon Cornish cream tea garden party overlooking Carne Beach and a community spirited lunch to join in with the national Big Lunch campaign.

The Coronation service will be broadcast from Westminster Abbey on The Quarterdeck for guests who wish to admire the traditional celebration and pageantry. The day of celebration will finish with a Coronation Dinner - traditional silver service as usual.
