New Service from Fal River - The Pandora Ferry

22 May

Fal River is delighted to launch the Pandora Ferry, a brand new boat trip setting sail from Falmouth to the legendary Pandora Inn from Tuesday 26th May 2026.

Passengers will board Kingsley II, a beautifully preserved 1934 heritage ferry, for a scenic 45-minute voyage across the water to Restronguet Creek. Built by master boat builder Percy Mitchell, Kingsley II is one of Cornwall's most cherished classic vessels and a memorable way to arrive at one of its most iconic destinations.

The Pandora Inn is a 13th-century thatched pub with more than 700 years of history, ancient flagstone floors and low-beamed ceilings. Its pontoon stretches out over the water, offering the perfect spot to enjoy lunch or afternoon tea while taking in the stunning creek views. The kitchen prides itself on fresh, seasonal dishes made from the finest local Cornish ingredients.

Whether guests are looking for a romantic outing, a family adventure or simply a truly special day out, the Pandora Ferry promises a journey as magical as the destination itself.

Tickets are available online at falriver.co.uk/ferries/pandora-ferry. The service runs on selected dates from May to September. Dogs welcome.
