Further details
Falmouth is one of the very best locations for rock pooling, with some of the finest and most diverse sites in the country. Our friends at The Rock Pool Project are a local not-for-profit marine wildlife organisation who specialises in guiding adults and children through these special marine habitats. Their experts are running private rock pool safaris exclusively for St Michaels Resort guests this half term, where you can learn about these remarkable ecosystems and also contribute wildlife discoveries to local and national biodiversity databases. During the activity you will take photos of the wildlife you see and these images which are then returned to you within a detailed personalised report of all your rock pool discoveries.

This unique project was ranked number one UK wildlife experience by the Guardian newspaper in 2019. Even more details here: The Rockpool Project
