After a long awaited return we wanted to share a sunny (we hope!) wood-fired Sunday lunch with a twist.
On Sunday 2nd May, Philleigh Way are hosting May Day Lunch between 12:00 - 3:00pm

Starter
Roasted Cornish asparagus, pizza Bianca and tapenade (parma ham optional for those meat eaters!)
Main
Smoked striploin of beef with chimichurri. Served with roasted beets, potatoes and rocket/watercress Cesar salad.

Roasted heritage carrots, tahini dressing and curried chickpeas (v)
Dessert
Woodfired rhurbard frangipane, creme fraiche ice cream and almond crumble
