Come to Philleigh Way for ultimate Christmas food experience! From Christmas party canapés, to tackling Christmas day this course is designed to streamline, get ahead and innovate during the Christmas period.
During the day long course you will look at the best canapes to serve, some great tricks to implement to make Christmas day go as smoothly as possible (no advice on mother in laws given) and some great cocktails to mix things up. Of course not forgetting a few foodie presents.
Also it will give you a chance to throw out the rule book of Christmas… don’t like Turkey? Don’t eat it, we will show you some great alternatives and cooking methods.
So join us for this fun and festive course.

Welcome: Meet your tutor and see for yourself the Philleigh Way farmhouse cookery school and garden. Enjoy a morning tea, coffee or chai and homemade Indian sweets.
The Day: It’s an action packed day with a mixture of demonstrations and practical hands on sessions all around Christmas! With 5 demonstrations, 4 practical elements you’ll leave with knowledge and confidence to impress all of you friends and family. All food and equipment is provided (of course some yuletide joy as well)
Close: Have a chat with fellow course attendees and members of the Philleigh Way team. This is a guide to the days activities and may vary depending on the season as well as the group’s interest.
