In particular, the UK. With the variety on offer, from farmers markets to festivals.
So join us at Philleigh Way to discover a whole new way of cooking. Street food is ideal for entertaining, beefing a bbq, or quick mid-week meals that the family will love.
Throughout the day you will be tasting your delights with flavours from Spain, Thailand and India and taking home any you don’t eat.
This wonderfully diverse course is a food lovers dream.
Course Overview
Duration: 3 1/2 hours
Tutors: Head Tutor – Rupert Cooper
Maximum student to tutor ratio: 8-1
Welcome: Meet Rupert and see for yourself the Philleigh Way farmhouse cookery school and garden.
The Day: The course includes five demonstrations and four practical elements. With street food delights throughout the evening, along with a crisp glass of wine or beer.
Close: Have a chat with fellow course attendees and members of the Philleigh Way team. This is a guide to the evenings activities and may vary depending on the season as well as the group’s interest.
