Emma will guide you through some of the tricks and tips to creating wonderful patisserie, but more importantly demystifying the daunting prospect of it!

Welcome: Meet your tutor and see for yourself the Philleigh Way farmhouse cookery school and garden. Enjoy a morning tea or coffee.
The Day: It’s a day for the taste buds with many hands on demonstrations, tasting, creating colourful chocolate Bon bons and macarons. All equipment is provided for you along with tea and coffee and a delicious Philleigh Way lunch.
