Enjoy a patisserie masterclass with Emma Adams, owner and creator of Casa Coacoa.

Learn basics and fundamentals of patisserie. Looking at the most refined element of the culinary disciplines. The course will cover a variety of skills including chocolate, macrons, pastry and choux.

Emma will guide you through some of the tricks and tips to creating wonderful patisserie, but more importantly demystifying the daunting prospect of it!

Welcome: Meet your tutor and see for yourself the Philleigh Way farmhouse cookery school and garden. Enjoy a morning tea or coffee.

The Day: It’s a day for the taste buds with many hands on demonstrations, tasting, creating colourful chocolate Bon bons and macarons. All equipment is provided for you along with tea and coffee and a delicious Philleigh Way lunch.

Close: Have a chat with fellow course attendees and members of the Philleigh Way team. This is a guide to the days activities.
