A new collection of stunning original paintings for Christmas 2023 have just launched at the John Dyer Gallery online.  International artists John Dyer and Joanne Short, each with their original style, have produced a glorious set of artworks for collectors this Christmas. 

This selection of unique Cornish paintings also includes new paintings of Wells in Somerset, Lyme Regis in Dorset and Florence in Italy, all inspired by John's latest travels.

Joanne has been hard at work for many months creating one of her most amazing collections to date of views through windows with sumptuous fabric patterns, colours, and flowers. Her new oil paintings are remarkable collectors items.

This beautiful new collection will delight collectors with stunning new original paintings of Florence in Italy, Lyme Regis, Kew Gardens, Wells, Flushing, and rooms with a view of still life & the Cornish coast of the Helford & Falmouth.

Joanne Short's new oil paintings are a sublime series of rooms with rich patterns, floral still-life studies and use of colour that expertly combine exquisite interiors with the landscape of Cornwall. The new paintings have been created over the past six months, taking around six weeks each to be completed from her coastal art studio in Falmouth.
