Via Ferrata (‘iron path’ in Italian) has to be the most exciting high wire adventure worldwide! Think somewhere in between scrambling and rock-climbing, with added twists and challenges.

Follow the ‘Iron Stairway’ and experience Cornwall’s granite quarrying heritage up close as you ascend cliff faces, cross high wire bridges, tackle high challenges and zip back down to ground level, seeing views last seen nearly 100 years ago by the local Cornish Quarrymen and enjoying the best of climbing, ropes courses and zip-lining all in one amazing journey across our stunning 60-acre site.

Routes cater for adventuresome 8 year olds through to daring thrill-seekers.

Get ready for a unique challenge of high wire adventures! In one epic adventure you’ll take on our quarry walls, build climbing skills, wobble across our 70m long High Wire Bridge and and enjoy the most rewarding zip wire in Cornwall!

Journeying across our historic granite quarries over twenty metres high, you’ll conquer fears, push your limits and build confidence. You’ll share an unforgettable experience and feel an incredible sense of achievement when you reach the summit. For an adrenaline-filled day out, look no further!

Take on the Zip Wire Safari!

Soar through our stunning adventure quarry on a series of exhilarating zip wires and build confidence with every ride. Our dual zip offers double the fun as you launch off the quarry edge and fly round together! Part way through you’ll also experience the thrill of traversing along the cliff edge to get from one zip to the other, making this one of the most exciting zip wire experiences in Cornwall!

Don’t worry, it’s impossible to accidentally unclip yourself and our Instructors will be around to help if you need. This adventure is for children aged 10+ and adults.

We also run freshwater coasteering, rock climbing, watersports, stand-up paddleboarding and archery, plus there's a free wild play area for under 10's and nature trails. The Cafe run by The Cornish Barista offers delicious food and drink and overlooks stunning views of the quarry. Finally, there's the option to camp.
