What if I lose my card or it is stolen?

Registered cards - If you have registered your card through 'My Account' on our website, then please login and follow the on screen instructions to block/disable your card. When you next travel, you can pickup a new Fal Mussel Card on the King Harry Ferry or from one of our ticket offices in Falmouth, Truro or St Mawes. When you pickup your new card onboard a ferry, you will still need to pay for that journey, you can do this by either purchasing a top up and then later linking it to your account online or pay for a standard single/day return journey. You will need to connect your new card to your online account in order to carry on using the new card.

Unregistered cards - sorry, but we are unable to replace lost/stolen cards that haven't been registered through 'My Account'.

My card is damaged, what do I do?

Please call into the King Harry Ferry offices (2 Ferry Cottages, Feock, Truro, TR3 6QJ) and a member of staff will be able to help. We're normally here 9-5 Monday to Friday. Alternatively you can block/disable the card online through the 'My Account' page and then pickup a new blank card from one of our ticket offices or onboard the King Harry Ferry and link it to your account.

Can I re-use my card?

Yes - you can top the card up when it runs out. No need to throw away.

What do I do on the ferry?

Just present your card to a crew member as they come round to collect fares and they'll do the rest.

How do I check my balance?

You can check your balance online here through 'My Account' - you must have registered your card for this to work.

Alternatively you can ask a member of crew when you are travelling and they will be able to tell you how much you have left on your account.
